Dr. Nick grew up as part of a Penn State family in northeast Pennsylvania, maintaining his familys tradition of bleeding blue and white.  After studying Science and Geography he subsequently completed his Doctor of Osteopathy degree at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine.  He went on to specialize in Physiatry and trained at the world famous Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation and part of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey residency program and also holds a Health Policy and Economics degree from the London School of Economics.

With an interest in better weather and year-round sports medical coverage, he moved to south Florida to consult in sports medicine.  Dr. Nick currently practices within the Department of Veterans Affairs Healthcare System in West Palm Beach and also sees patient-athletes privately in consultation.  He has treated athletes from the amateur leagues to the professional level.

As a federal physician he has expanded his interest in medical sports care and treatment through the care of disabled veteran athletes and has strong interests in the care of our veteran amputee and disabled population.  Dr. Nick treats all of his patients as athletesgetting through the marathon of life.  He enjoyed playing sports as a kid and now takes pride in consulting and passing on his expertise to maximize each individual athletes ability to attain his or her personal or professional dreams.
